A Home Evaluation is the first and most important step in preparing your home for the market. This evaluation is a 2 step process and involves me visiting you, in your home to see the property and take notes.
1st Step: I’ll meet with you, in your home to talk with you about the details and take notes.
Your Timeline to move
Age of major systems of the home (HVAC, Roof, Water Heater)
Information gathering in regard to improvements (cosmetically and structurally), special features and any information unique to your neighborhood & location
This information will be compiled into a report called a CMA or Comparative Market Analysis.
2nd Step: Presenting your Customized CMA
I will provide you with a hard-copy of the CMA detailing information about your home, a custom marketing plan and a plan of action from the initial Home Evaluation meeting to Closing.
