My wife and I moved from northern Virginia. Tracy’s knowledge of this area was instrumental in us finding the right neighborhood. Once we found our house and went back to Virginia awaiting the closing date, she did a lot of “leg work” for us in dealing with the builder and ensuring our interests were taken care of.
