Tracy Wright was recommended through a friend, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Since I was from out of state and planning on relocating, she spent a day showing me various areas of Raleigh/Durham based on my criteria. Unfortunately, Covid put these plans on hold. I was getting ready to resume when I found a house online. I immediately called Tracy. Within minutes she set up a virtual tour. She was upfront about the current market trend in the area. She arranged an inspection for when I arrived. She was very instrumental in renegotiating the purchase price. Most importantly she was calm and effective when issues arose. She even went the extra mile getting quotes on various house projects. I can’t say enough positive things about her. You would be very lucky to have her in your corner!
